Whether you had an injury or just have aches and pains, the goal at Element Chiropractic is to get you back to doing what you love to do by combining mobility and stability to get you moving and keep you moving. Chiropractic care that is specific to your needs and looks at the whole picture, not just your spine, combined with custom physical rehab exercises for improving flexibility, strength, and stability is the focus of our care. We know that no two people are exactly alike and we believe in giving service that is unique for you, so we use the Key Element approach to craft a realistic plan for you.
Discovering what is going on and how it affects you is the first step in putting the pieces together.
We work together to put a reasonable and effective plan together that will help us succeed.
Here’s where we get to work. I handle chiropractic care and make recommendations for rehab, ergonomics, and lifestyle. Your job is to try these recommendations and we keep making steps toward progress.
Time to do what you enjoy doing, work better, and live better. And remember to keep up on your maintenance appointments.

It’s simple. Keeping you in your Element. You have a life to live, whether it’s something super ambitious like a triathlon, simply getting out with your friends, or taking care of your kids. We only have one body, and it has to last.
Our approach to care focuses on: MOBILITY and STABILITY. We use a combination of chiropractic, physical rehab, and exercises that are easy to do at home. At first, we get you moving and then we focus on steps to keep you moving. Our goal is to reach this balance and have our patients recover quicker and have fewer future injuries.
The best way to stay healthy is to be proactive about your health. Small injuries now, could lead to big conditions later.
In your lifetime, the average person has 3-4 car crashes. Our clinic specializes in managing automobile accident cases.
Your activities are important for your physical and mental health. We can work together to keep you doing what you love.
Sprains and muscle strains are the #1 work injury. Your company's insurance plan covers injuries on the job.
I started Element Chiropractic so that I could be a bridge between the care people need and the care people get. Too often I have had patients who dealt with pain for too long because they didn’t know whom to see and how to get the right care. I partner with my patients to help them through this journey and get them on track.
