The heart of what we do is chiropractic care. We also incorporate other services X-Rays and rehab to speed up your recovery from an injury or to optimize the benefits of chiropractic care. All of our services are meant to complement one another to work together to give you the best care possible.
Traditional chiropractic uses the hands to adjust the body, but there are other ways to achieve the same goal. Some patients may only receive hands-on adjustments (the popping and cracking type), others may benefit from only instrument adjusting and some may get a mix & match, but the goal is the same for all methods.
The focus of chiropractic is the spine, but we know that the knee bone is connected to the hip bone and the hip bone is connected to the back bone. This wonderful system of bones, joints and muscles works together to keep us moving.
No two people are the same and no two problems are the exact same. A variety of factors may determine how well you recover or improve and your treatment plan also needs to be unique to you. A 17 year old soccer player with sudden neck pain may need different care and timelines than a 90 year old with chronic neck pain and previous neck surgery.
Depending on your needs and skill level, your doctor will develop a unique plan to get you moving better. Your care will be supervised by your chiropractor to make sure that you are properly performing the movements.
Home Exercise Routines
Since you are with your body more than we ever will be with it, you will be given home exercises that you can do with no or minimal equipment. Your home exercises will be tailored to your needs and with repetition normal activities will become easier.
We love working with other providers who are trying to get you better. While we can get you started with an active care program, sometimes you might need a specific plan or structure that physical therapists can give.
Our feet our the foundation of our bodies. Custom orthotics are inserts made for you that fit into your shoes to provide arch support, help alleviate pain, reduce shock and improve stability.
Foot Levelers Scanner
No need to place your foot into a box of foam to get a mold of your foot, mail to the manufacturer and wait even longer for orthotics to ship back. The Foot Levelers Scanner is used when standing to create a digital image of your foot immediately, which means that your orthotics can be made within 1-2 days of order placement and typically arrive in 1 week.
