Staying active is important for your cardiovascular health, building strong bones, maintaining muscle strength, flexibility and mental health. Lifting weights at the gym, going to a group yoga class, or playing in your recreational softball league are all great ways to keep active. But what do you do if you can’t get to your favorite places to exercise? - Sports Drills at home or the park are a great way to keep sharp. If you are a soccer lover, do some dribbling and kicking drills. If you prefer tennis, hit a few balls against a wall to practice your swing.

- Don’t underestimate basic household chores for exercise. Cleaning the house or doing yard work are great ways to keep moving too.
